Surveillance is a means to get the evidence you need for court in a pending lawsuit. It could be conducted on a cheating spouse, a parent suspected of child neglect or abuse, an employee who is suspected of stealing or in cases where there is possible insurance fraud. These are just a few reasons for surveillance.

DIVORCE

Going through a divorce is very stressful on a family. By the way, there is no such thing as a friendly divorce! In the State of Mississippi, a No-Fault Divorce can be granted on the grounds of Irreconcilable Differences. A Fault Divorce will be granted on the following grounds: (1) Impotence (2) Committing adultery (3) Incarceration (4) Abuse of alcohol or drugs (5) Insanity for up to three years (6) Wife being pregnant by another without spouse knowing it (7) Willful desertion for at least one year (8) Cruel and inhuman treatment (9) One spouse lacking mental capacity to consent to divorce (10) Incest. (Mississippi Code - Section 93 - Chapters: 5-1, 5-2, 5-7). In the case of a Fault Divorce, you must have proof of the charges. If both parties cannot agree on the terms of a divorce, then it becomes contested. Be prepared for a long haul! Going back and forth with lawyers can and will take a toll emotionally and financially. Call me and let me help you get the evidence you need. Don't allow yourself to get pressured into to settling now for something you could possibly regret in the future. Let the facts and events of your divorce be recorded in history correctly.

CHILD CUSTODY

I firmly believe in being a child's advocate. In divorce cases, the best situation would be for the parents to get along in a loving way and be committed to raising the children. Sadly, that is not usually the case. If you have legitimate reasons to believe that your children are being neglected or abused, report it to the proper authorities immediately. Carefully document your evidence with dates and times. If you need someone to help get you the proof you need for a lawsuit, call me. More than likely you will not be able to conduct this type of investigation on your own. Divorce is very unfortunate, but now you must go forward in order to raise and protect your children in the best circumstances possible so they will grow up to be a productive member of society.
